From Content Chaos to Clarity: How I Plan 30 Days in 30 Minutes
Content used to stress me out. I’d sit in front of a blank screen, trying to come up with what to post—only to feel behind, overwhelmed, or uninspired.
Then I built a system. One that blends AI tools, templates, and strategic thinking. Now I can map out a month of content in about 30 minutes—and you can too.
Why Content Chaos Happens
Most creators and solopreneurs hit the same wall: too many ideas, no structure, and inconsistent execution. Without a system, content creation becomes a guessing game.
The 30-Minute Content Planning Framework
Here’s exactly how I plan 30 days of content in one focused session:
- Pick 3 Core Themes: These should align with your brand, offers, and audience. For me, it’s AI tools, digital strategy, and creator mindset.
- Generate 10 Prompts per Theme: I use ChatGPT to brainstorm ideas. Example: “Give me 10 Instagram post ideas about AI tools for creators.”
- Match Format to Platform: I categorize ideas into reels, carousels, tweets, emails, or blogs based on where they fit best.
- Batch and Calendar: I plug everything into a Notion or Google Sheet calendar to visualize the flow and avoid repetition.
My Go-To Tools
- ChatGPT: For idea generation and writing help
- Notion: For organizing content themes, prompts, and the calendar
- Canva: To design carousels and visuals in batches
- Loom: For recording quick talking-head videos
Bonus Tip: Reuse What Works
Top-performing content deserves a second (or third) life. Repurpose it into a new format, update it with fresh insights, or repost it with a different hook.
The Bottom Line
Planning 30 days of content doesn’t have to take 30 hours. With the right tools and a repeatable system, it becomes something you can do before your second cup of coffee.
